After graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology (focus in Anatomy and Motor Learning) he then pursued a Master of Theology Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts degree in the History of Science from the University of Oklahoma. He is an Oxford teaching fellow (summer seminar 2023) and Stagen fellow (Hahn ILP, 2023)

Jason Brogden is now the Regional Science Coordinator for classical schools, has been the chair of the Science Department at Founders Classical Academy for 11 years, a Texas Master Naturalist candidate (2017), Director of the Lynx Academy, Affiliate Faculty at the University of Oklahoma (History of Science), Researcher in Residence (ATEC) and Part-Time Lecturer in the History of Science in the Science and Math Ed Department (UTD). He is currently piloting a grant funded science enhancement urban ecology program called the Natural History Project (K-12) on several campuses. Finishing a treatise on a new natural theology concentrating on the writings of Robert Boyle and naturalist Loren Eiseley is in the works.
